Summary: The Sous Chef is in charge of food production, food quality, and kitchen cleanliness and safety. He/she also supports the Executive Chef by completing projects as directed.

Job Duties:
- Responsible for delivering great food to the Guest
- Ensures adherence to all recipes guidelines to provide consistent quality, proper presentation technique and food safety standards
- Operates all kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Follows facility and chef’s safe food handling guidelines.
- Follows all sanitation and nutrition practices.
- Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Sous Chef / Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Demonstrated ability to lead and make a positive impact
- Strong communication skills
