We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie with a passion for delivering high-quality farm-to-table cuisine to join our team for the upcoming season.
About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play an integral role in our kitchen team, ensuring the maintenance of high standards in food preparation and presentation. You will follow and adhere to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish that leaves our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include creating innovative, farm-to-table dishes, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

* Culinary expertise in farm-to-table cuisine and a strong knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients.

* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
