Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sourcing Analyst.
In this role, the successful candidate The Clinical/ResearchSourcing Analyst reports directly to the Clinical/Research Associate Director. The Sourcing Analyst will assist the Clinical/Research Sourcing Teams with various administrative tasks associated with the contracting/procurement process, including contract management, Item Management, Capital/Asset Benchmarking, drafting simple contract documents, and a limited amount of administrative office duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
Contract Management
- Upload all fully executed agreements within the contract repository database
- Provide and review relevant reporting upcoming repository expirations (30/60/90/120)
- Reach out to end users and Supply Chain Management (SCM) team for expiring repository contracts
- Update actioned contract extensions to the CMT tool as negotiated by Sourcing
- Upload price files, notes, for GPO and Local contracts within the CMT tool
- Service Contract reconciliation against Clinical Engineering Asset Management report
- Manage leases - External NYU Customer Service/End User Inquiry's and support
Item Management
- PSR - product add
- Request and track Prodigo Files
- Add/Removal of items from ERP
Capital/Asset Benchmarking:
- Send quotes for benchmarking.
- Conduct preliminary review and negotiation.
Additional responsibilities
- Draft and distribute Termination Letters
- Manage/Facilitate contracted vendor account setups
- Credit/Account Applications assistance
- Supplier Onboard/Supplier Updates assistance
- Match Exceptions assistance
- Off Contract Spend
- AP/Finance troubleshooting and support
- Rebate Tracker Maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree required with 2 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of standard office software is essential, including proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet and database software (e.g., Microsoft Office, preferred). Ability to multi-task and/or coordinate multiple assignments is required. Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures, and effectively communicate detailed information to a diverse population, both verbally and in writing; excellent problem-solving skills is required.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $63,935.04 - $71,656.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
