Make a difference in Imaging!
As a Ultrasound Technologist at CompuRay Medical, you will have the opportunity to work 8, 10,12, -hour day shifts Monday-thru-Friday. . Orientation/training provided.
Summary of Essential Duties:
- Accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions
- Administer contrast material.
- Prepare and operate Ultrasound equipment (training provided)
- Ability to position patient to capture appropriate images.
- Vascular, OB/GYN experience
- Send images to Radiologist for interpretation/reading.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
Education:
- Graduate of a two-year approved School of Ultrasound Technology program required
License/Certifications:
- ARDMS required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Ultrasound Technologist required.
