The Regional Sales Manager West will lead a team of 6 Capital Sales Reps throughout the Pacific Northwest, NorCal, SoCal, and Mountain Region.
More than two and a half million procedures have been performed with Solta Medicals’ products around the world to provide true aesthetic and therapeutic benefits.
The Regional Sales Manager will report to the National Sales Director and will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of capital sales representatives on the non-invasive side of our business. The Southeast Region territory includes the; Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Central and Mid-West territories. Candidates must reside this area and have ability to travel.
Responsibilities also include;
- Develop effective strategies and business plans
- Meet company and sales goals and objectives per territory.
- Effectively manage, coach, and support a team of highly talented individuals to optimize performance and master competencies.
- Drive team’s individual growth and development as well as your own.
- Attract, hire and retain top talent.
- Attending national, regional, and local trade shows and conventions.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks and duties associated with the role are executed along with field asset, resource, and expense management.
- Ensure high collaboration and maintain consistent communication with all team members including surgical and non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical counterparts.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required along with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in a related field. (Aesthetics, Medical Device, Injectables, Dermatology, Specialty Pharmaceuticals, or B2B)
Must have a minimum of 2 years management or training experience and demonstrated success coaching and developing a team.
Must have capital equipment sales experience along with strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close.
Ability to build strong relationships and interact effectively with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Established relationships with Aesthetics, Plastic Surgeons, Facial Plastic Surgeons, Oculoplastic Surgeons Dermatologists, or Aesthetic or Cosmetic practices highly preferred.
Demonstrated people management skills and experience.
Must have ability to travel up to 75%. This may include overnights based on the territory or may pertain to training or corporate meetings. Occasional weekends to support tradeshows or local events.
Resides in or within proximity to assigned geography required.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history to drive a company vehicle
Other requirements;
- Lifting up to 60 pounds for short durations.
- Standing, walking or driving for extended periods of time. Driving or traveling within geographically large territory for long periods.
- Vision requirements include close vision.

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is 120 - 160K plus competitive commission structure.
