Solar Sales Manager - Experience Required!

With over 110M in projects in just over 3 years, Genesis Power Solutions is expanding into Colorado and we are seeking a Solar Sales Manager with a die-hard passion for self-growth and professional development.

You need: drive, problem-solving acumen, hands-on leadership, and systems-oriented approach will be the catalyst for our growth in the Denver Metro.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Daily Operations: Facilitate sales meetings, conduct one-on-one coaching with sales reps, and initially close deals while supporting new recruits.
  • Drive Growth: Build a robust D2D Solar Sales team, nurturing 5-10 new rookies every month with the vision to expand to a 20-30 person powerhouse generating $20-30 million in new business and customer value annually.
  • Develop Talent: Cultivate a culture of excellence, developing sales professionals into leaders and expanding our impact in the solar market.

Who You Are:

  • A veteran in door-to-door Solar Sales and management with 3+ years of experience.
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs including close rates, cancel rates, and individual rep performance.
  • An inspiring leader, eager to dive into the trenches and elevate your team through your commitment to excellence.
