Essential Job Functions:
- Reporting to the CEO, you will help expand our sales growth trajectory by your own individual sales and by helping us hire, onboard, and lead the right-fit sales talent we need to accomplish our short and long-term objectives.
- You will be responsible for optimizing the individual and team success through consistent and effective performance monitoring.
- You will help develop our sales penetration approach to new markets and will be key to helping us attract and train the needed talent for such an expansion.
You Have:
- 2-7 years of experience in sales and sales leadership.
- You are well schooled in sales management and CRMs.
- You are proficient in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- You can reliably commute or plan to relocate to Yuma, AZ before starting this position.
- You can travel 25%.
Exceptional Candidates Will have:
- 2-5 years’ experience in the Solar Industry.
- Experience in rapidly growing sales teams.
- You are confident you can one day grow into our company’s VP of Sales role, overseeing all aspects of the people, strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
What’s In It for You:
- This is a full-time position with a base salary between $40,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience.
- First year total compensation with commissions will be $100,000-$250,000. We do not believe in a ceiling on sales commissions. When you deliver, we deliver.
