American Sentry Solar is looking for sales-driven and money motivated individuals to conduct in-home sales presentations and close deals with customers while explaining our Solar product offerings and packages. As an in-home Sales consultant at American Sentry Solar, you are positioned for success through pre-set appointments paired with an uncapped commission structure and an extensive training program,
Based in Harford County, MD, we are celebrating 30 years of serving the community and are committed to our employees’ success. As we continue to grow, we need in-home Sales Consultants to represent our exclusive American Sentry Solar brand of energy saving improvement products!
What we offer:
Pre-qualified, "warm" appointment leads including previous and referred customers. Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm and pre-confirmed. We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best - selling!
Complete, thorough on-site training on a regular, recurring basis. Let us train you in how to become one of the best in the sales industry!

What you have:
Self-motivation and a strong desire to grow in the sales industry
Motivated by a pay-per-performance compensation with unlimited commission potential
Willingness to learn and desire to grow
Excellent & effective verbal AND listening skills
Outside sales experience (It is a plus, but we will train the “right” individual)
