Job Description
$80,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Daily prospecting (canvassing, social media, business networking groups, etc.)
- Educate consumers about the benefits of solar and set up appointments for homeowners to learn more about the process of going solar
- Contributing to the team culture and competitive spirit
- Maintain effective daily communication with sales staff and manager
- Effective verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to educate customers and navigate the optimal solutions to assist homeowners
- High level of autonomy and drive
- Ability to develop clear and concise goals
- Willing to learn and has a strong work ethic
- Quick study or working knowledge of Hero, TimeSheets, WhatsApp, etc.
