We are looking for motivated, energetic, and dedicated DOOR TO DOOR appointment setters. The ideal candidate is a very reliable and confident individual who is looking to launch their career in the solar industry by generating highly qualified appointments through door to door canvassing. In this position you will be working with homeowners to schedule qualified consultations for our sales team to deliver a solar panel presentation in their home. Your role is not to make any hard sales but to help generate leads. As a Solar Representative, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in solar panels as you canvass designated neighborhoods and expand our sales territories. No selling involved.
- Understand and educate homeowners about solar energy and financial benefits.
- Schedule qualified appointments with homeowners for our Solar experts.
This position is commission only, with average commissions between $2,000 and $10,000. Commissions are split evenly between canvasser and consultant. Short distance travel is necessary between Bend and Redmond, with opportunity for long distance travel upon request. Solar blitzes will be optional, with airbnb provided.

Position Details:
- Help residential customers save money on their utility costs by presenting the benefits of our solar services as well as the broader benefits of using alternative energy
- Create your own work schedule, sell in your own desired territory
- Our representatives are not responsible for running permits or executing any part of the installation, our reps only focus on what they love: Sales!
- 1099 independence, 100% commission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
