Responsibilities:
Solar Panel Production:
Operate and monitor equipment used in the manufacturing of solar panels.
Follow established processes to assemble and fabricate solar panel components.
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve and optimize manufacturing processes.
Implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on solar panel components and finished products.
Identify and address any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with manufacturing equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data related to production processes.
Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and equipment maintenance.
Document any deviations from standard operating procedures.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and quality assurance personnel.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in solar panel manufacturing is a plus.
Knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
