We are looking for a Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include installing solar panels, wiring, and other related components, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and providing customer service. The successful candidate must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related components on roofs or other structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar systems.
- Troubleshoot problems with solar systems.
- Provide customer service and answer questions about solar systems.
- Keep accurate records of installations and repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
