Job Summary:
As a Dealer Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Your primary objective is to maximize the value of these partnerships by understanding partner needs, aligning them with our products or services, and ensuring a seamless and mutually beneficial collaboration. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in partner management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
Dealer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings, resources, and collaboration opportunities.
Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs within our organization.
Needs Assessment: Work closely with partners to understand their goals, challenges, and areas of opportunity that can be addressed through our products or services.
Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to align partner objectives with our offerings, and continuously identify opportunities for growth and partnership expansion.
Collaboration Facilitation: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and support, to facilitate successful collaborations and deliver value to partners.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, report on progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution: Address partner inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
Contract Management: Manage partner contracts, agreements, and renewals, ensuring compliance and alignment with mutual objectives.
Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify partnership opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Proven experience in partner relations, account management, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align partner needs with company objectives.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and partner management tools.
A track record of meeting or exceeding partnership growth targets.
