Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging with prospective customers and educating them about the benefits of solar energy.
- Conducting thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and proposing customized solar solutions.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations and addressing customer inquiries.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to drive sales and generate referrals.
- Collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Leveraging the unique opportunity to cross-sell both solar and roofing solutions.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar industry, is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivation, drive, and a positive attitude toward achieving personal and team goals.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
