Job Responsibilities:

• Engaging with prospective customers and educating them about the benefits of solar energy.
• Conducting thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and proposing customized solar solutions.
• Delivering compelling sales presentations and addressing customer inquiries.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to drive sales and generate referrals.
• Collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Leveraging the unique opportunity to cross-sell both solar and roofing solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar industry, is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivation, drive, and a positive attitude toward achieving personal and team goals.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
