Performance Expectations:
- Knocking Doors throughout the week to self-generate leads and appointments.
- Maintain a personal average of specific goal.
- Oversee Customer accounts and work with the Project Management and Operations team to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide in-person and virtual training/coaching to the sales team.
- Field any company leads distributed in assigned territory.
- Foster a positive working environment and maintain company values with coworkers and partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of Solar Architects reps and Appointment Setters to ensure high standards of production and customer service.
- Work in assigned areas with your team to prospect, generate leads and conduct sales in a well-organized and methodical fashion to ensure the best experience for both the sales team and the local community.
- Follow-up with warm, company-generated leads in an in-home, consultative setting.
- Deliver value directly to your clients and team by regularly knocking on doors, asking for referrals, talking to your existing contacts, and talking to the neighbors of your lead pipeline to self-generate new business.
- Educate homeowners at their door-step on the value of ownership over their power, monthly and yearly energy cost savings, government incentives, and how they can benefit from the most abundant resource on earth: the sun!
