FOR Energy, a leader in the solar industry since 2010, is seeking an experienced Solar Canvas Manager to lead our dynamic team in the Phoenix market. As a Solar Canvas Manager, you'll play a crucial role in mentoring and leading new reps to success, with a focus on an aggressive compensation plan, overrides, trainer pay, and a draw pay plan to accelerate the path to the first pay.

Responsibilities:
As a Solar Canvas Manager at FOR Energy, you will:
- Learn and own Key Performance Indicators for the role and team
- Provide mentorship to newly graduated recruits
- Focus on progressive training during twice-weekly meetings
- Recruit and build out a high-performing team
- Assist in recruiting efforts and receive recruits for your team
- Recruit top talent to drive team success
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous solar sales or door-knocking experience
- Reliable transportation
- Laptop or tablet for presentations
- Proven track record in the industry
- Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
- Positive attitude and a passion for the solar industry
