What you will be working on.
As a senior tester, you are responsible for developing automated testing strategies for it and implementing them in industry standard testing frameworks. You will cover the whole product testing, i.e., starting from unit level tests, through component/integration tests to system level tests.
What you’ll do.
- Reviewing software requirements/specifications and preparing testing strategies (implement test cases to cover exhaustively every requirement/feature of the software under test) and be responsible for executing/delivering them
- Executing tests on software usability
- Analyzing and creating logs for test results (impacts, bugs, usability, etc.)
- Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team
- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
What you offer us.
- A bachelor's degree at minimum in computer science or related field
- Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs
- Working knowledge of programming in C++ (strong knowledge) and Python (basic knowledge)
- Excellent communication and critical/out-of-the-box thinking skills
- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Is a plus if you have:
- Experience with HW design or verification
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Some level of ISTQB certification would be ideal
- Experience on Functional Safety certification is an important extra skill
- Computer Architecture experience would also be appreciated
