Titan Security Group has three unique divisions, including Titan Electronics, Inc. Titan Electronics provides electronic security system installation and service and is looking for an IT Support Analyst. We are in one of the fastest growing industries, operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment and searching for talent!
This position performs a broad range of technology-related duties under minimal supervision, including complex project-based and time-sensitive tasks, which require the ability to set priorities as needs dictate. All candidates must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions given in written or oral form and work with problems involving several concrete variables.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of computers from parts and installation of OS and related software
- Advanced technical troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding
- Provide day to day operational service and support
- Manage helpdesk
- Assist in the delivery of infrastructure development and build activities, including release and deployment management for new services (OS upgrades, new server builds etc.)
- Able to learn the ins and outs of Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, NVRs, Alarms, Intercom systems, Telephone Entry Systems, and associated equipment and software
- Interface with customer personnel to develop relationships, demonstrate systems, and provide training as needed
- Some travel to customer sites, as needed, in personal or company provided vehicle
- 3-5 years of IT experience
- Windows Server: Active Directory, group policy, and other major services
- Azure AD, SSO experience
Other skills/Abilities
- Deskside and remote support, technical knowledge, and experience in multiple aspects of computer services
- Knowledge of networking, switches, IP schemes, firewalls
- Experience with Meraki
- Familiarity with Cisco/Webex phone system
- Familiarity with security camera DVR software and IP cameras (nice to have)
- Effective prioritizing skills
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Technical credibility and independent judgment and decisionmaking
- Sound decision making skills under pressure
- Good Problem-solving and analytical skills, able to determine the impact of issues quickly

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC. This position also requires a driver's license with a clean driving record.
Other Qualifications: Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
