We’re seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for

• Troubleshooting AMS (association management system) user issues by analyzing issues, researching solutions, and recommending courses of action.
• Working in SQL to build and maintain queries, views, functions, stored procedures and triggers.
• Collaborating with our customer and member experience and IT teams to enhance our website and AMS platform by assisting with defining project specifications.
• Supporting quality assurance by testing our AMS platform, data analytics platform, and website updates and upgrades.
• Designing and writing ad hoc reports in our AMS platform’s data analyzer reporting tool.
• Conducting AMS user training and orientation sessions.

Requirements:Let your skills shine
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree with a computer-related emphasis or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years’ experience in SQL.
• At least two years’ experience in end user Software Support and analysis.

We consider a big plus to be experience with Personify or another association management system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
