- AAS degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
- Two years of experience in relational databases, query languages, programming, and application software analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn through research and testing.
- Commitment to customer service, including the ability to exercise patience, tact and good judgement in dealing with end users.
- Ability to focus on the details of work content, work steps and final work products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate in both small and large group settings and with diverse groups of people including co-workers, students, business contacts and at various levels from front-line to administration.
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, to meet deadlines and to manage time and output.
- Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS or related field.

- Ellucian Colleague, Recruit and Advise software
- SQL
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Windows Server and IIS administration
- Microsoft Azure or LDAP
- Web programming and graphical design
- Normal office
- Medium work (lift 11-30 lbs)
- The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone and basic office equipment.
