See Yourself as a Software Quality Assurance Intern
The Software Quality Assurance Intern supports development of critical projects and is a member of our Agile software development lifecycle. The role will implement test methodology and best practices for Software Quality Assurance. Activities will include writing test plans, writing and maintenance of automation test scripts, writing defect reports, and executing test cycles.
See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners with the business community to understand the release, assists in defining the testing scope and creating the tests, provides the traceability to the requirements, supports the test execution and post-production testing (where required).This includes elaboration of Acceptance Criteria for User Stories and Features in the Agile model.
- Proactively looks for continuous improvement opportunities with the test methodology and best practices to support Software Quality.
- Assists with the planning of Quality Assurance task assignments, scheduling, and estimates.

Your Knowledge:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline,
Your Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC is highly desired.
- Experience with Python and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to assist on multiple medium/high complexity projects concurrently.
- Ability to effectively communicate/report Quality Assurance status at weekly project meetings with the various Program and Project Managers, Development Managers, Business Analysts, Sponsors, and Subject Matter Experts.

Program Requirements
Interns will be required to participate in specific workshops and events in addition to their intern duties assigned by their people leader. This includes a NEW, 2-day in-person event at the Wayne, PA office at the end of July.

Competitive Compensation: anticipated hourly rate from $17.25 to $25.00 based on skills and experience.
