Summary:Tri Star Energy is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Quality Assurance Analyst to join our innovative IT team in our Store Support Center in Nashville TN. The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for testing software, processes, and procedures before deployment or implementation in production environments. Creates and runs tests, identifies errors, and provides feedback to ensure a final product meets the company's quality standards. Develops standards with the PMO as part of overall governance and policies for project QA processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Documents and reports on product or service quality levels
- Documents and reports product or service quality levels.
- Develops and implements standards for inspection, testing, and tracking issues.
- Develops workflows for product inspection and testing.
- Develops processes for issue resolution.
- Develops plans to perform manual or automated testing of products and services.
- Communicates with other team members (developers, vendors, business, QA, and/or PMO) to solve problems.
- Follows up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
- Trains other Quality Assurance members on all inspection processes.
- Maintains confidentiality of company, client, employee, and vendor information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of prior experience in designing and developing test cases/test plans
- 4+ years of experience testing software and business solutions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, testing practices, debugging, and documentation
- Experience with bug-tracking software
- Strong consultative and communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to build and influence positive business relationships
- Or, any equivalent combination of education and experience in job-related activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Azure DevOps as a project management and REPOS platform
- Prior experience in the C-Store, retail, or fuel industries
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing processes
- Working knowledge of Office 365 Suite
