Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor multiple concurrent projects for resource allocations, scope, risk, and progress.
- Track, document, and communicate project status updates to key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Work with colleagues in Product Management and Engineering to develop project plans and timelines.
- Drive the delivery of Software Projects with speed and predictability – on time, in budget, with quality, per planned content.
- Ensure software quality standards for projects are met in compliance with Relay's quality requirements.
- Maintain visibility and insight on project trajectories (2-3 sprints in advance) to identify potential issues and take action to mitigate risks.
- Orchestrate change requests and evaluate impacts on project goals and timelines; drive adjustments to maintain strategic alignment and keep projects on track.
- Use Relay's Engineering Management Platform to gain deeper insights into how teams are performing and identify areas for improvements in processes.

Relevant Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, and/or related field.
- 7+ years of Software Project Management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
- Highly proficient in Agile project management methodologies and the software development life cycle. Agile CSM certification/SAFe certification strongly desired.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Jira and GitHub.
- Track record of successfully delivering multiple projects concurrently in a fast- paced, SaaS environment.
- Experience working with software teams delivering solutions to regulated industries (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST certification/compliance).
