What you will be doing:
The Software Engineer will support Medical device / IT systems support for smart and connected electronic equipment. Specifically, they will develop software for a patient dashboard. This will involve C#, ASP.NET MVC full stack development.
What you'll need to be successful:

• 4+ years of experience designing and developing web-based or cloud native applications using a statically typed language, such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, or C#
• 2+ years of experience with real-time streaming communications (VoIP or WebRTC) protocols such as SIP, SDP, SRTP, etc.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL database technologies, such as PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience working with containerized applications (e.g., Docker)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures

Preferred:

• Experience with:
• Fine-tuning applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Node.js and Node frameworks (NestJS, Express, Koa)
• Building applications in a cloud native environment (Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Working with containerized application orchestration (Docker Swarm or Kubernetes)
• One or more low-level systems languages, such as C, C++, or Rust

Location: Cary, NC – on-site 3 days a week
