As a Software Engineer - Java at our company, you will be responsible for designing, testing, planning, implementing, protecting, operating, managing and maintaining applications.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion.
- Provides technical support to project team members.
- Work with other Engineers in planning, prioritizing and executing assigned tasks within deadlines.
- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- May report to an executive or a manager.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor`s degree and 5-7 years of experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Java, relevant open source frameworks like Spring, Hibernate.
- Enthusiasm for software development, innovation and a desire to work in a great team atmosphere.
- Hands on experience on microservices framework like Springboot, Quarkus, etc.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, SOAP,RPC).
- Experience with GIT, Maven , and modern IDE's (Eclipse/IntelliJ).
- Hands on experience on Container Technologies (like Docker, Podman), Container Orchestration Technologies likes ECS, EKS, OCP, etc.
- Hands on experience working on AWS Technologies such as S3, Lambda, EventBridge, etc.
Additional desired experience and skills:
- AWS Developer Certification.
- Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies.
