What you will be doing:
The Software Engineer will report to Team Lead, Software Development, with a proven track record for developing high-quality, scalable applications and be capable of actively contributing as a high-performance team member to build the 360 capability. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver in a rapidly changing environment, will be key to being successful in this role.
- Okta, Auth0 configuration, management, and deployment.
- C#, React, and JavaScript for development in identity automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the CIAM strategy, goals, and roadmap for IDM at 360insights.
- Design and implement CIAM solutions to enhance customer experience while ensuring data privacy and security.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CIAM, staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CIAM capabilities with existing systems & applications.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members.
What you’ll bring
- Skilled end-to-end knowledge of C# & JavaScript.
- Experience in security with a strong focus on CIAM and identity management processes.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing CIAM solutions, such as identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and user lifecycle management.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and protocols, including OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS & Azure, and their identity and Access Management services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex security issues and devise effective solutions to remain compliant.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
