JOB SUMMARY
Developers who work at Consumer Direct Care Network gain direct exposure to the entire Microsoft stack; this includes cutting edge PaaS/Cloud technologies. Our relationships with key cloud vendors ensure that developers are exposed to industry best-practices, the latest development tools and ground-breaking new delivery mechanisms. Our team of excellent developers plays a major role in shaping and supporting Consumer Direct Care Network’s enterprise class internal business applications.
JOB DUTIES
- Deploying and authoring code for cloud infrastructure and software components on the Azure platform, including:
- Developing front end website architecture.
o Service Bus
o Logic Aps
o Cosmos noSQL
o Data Factory
o Event Grid
o HyperSQL
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
- Designing and developing APIs.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization
- Creating servers and databases for functionality.
- Developing back end website applications.
- Designing user interactions on web pages.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science.
- 5-12 years experience minimum
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient with the concepts of object oriented languages (C++,Java, C#)
- Experience with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such particularly Angular
- Experience with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java Script, PHP and .Net.
- Experience with database technology – MSSQL preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.
- If remote, employee must provide their own reliable Internet connection with speeds efficient for the job duties and systems used
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 40 pounds. Consumer Direct Care Network specializes in home and community-based services that assist older adults and individuals of all ages with disabilities and impairments to continue to live their lives independently in their own homes and communities. We provide coordinated service delivery in 14 states and the District of Columbia. Our services span from financial management services and support brokerage to traditional agency in-home care and caregiving to behavioral health.
