As a Software Engineer with us, you will play a crucial role in designing, modifying, and developing applications. Our projects demand meticulous attention to detail, and we are seeking a professional who excels in software design, development, and unit testing. Collaborating with a dedicated team of IT professionals, you will be instrumental in optimizing code and SQL queries to ensure peak system performance. Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage design, modifications, development, and custom programming of applications and system support.
- Perform software design, development, and unit testing.
- Implement major new features and feature improvements.
- Optimize code and SQL queries for better performance.
- Assist with integration and usability testing.
- Maintain daily communication with internal customers to report progress, identify issues, and define next steps.
Remote/Hybrid/In-Office Flexibility:
- This position offers flexibility to work remotely, adopt a hybrid schedule, or work fully in-office at our Montgomeryville office.
- To work remotely, you must reside in PA, NJ, MI, or TX.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent in work experience and self-study.
- Advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 3+ plus years of relevant post-graduation work experience.
- Experience and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Very strong foundational knowledge in OO Design Principles, Data Structures and Algorithms
- Experience and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
- 3+ plus years of experience in the following areas:
- Software development
- C#
- SQL with a relational database
- Building and consuming REST APIs
- Web development frameworks (Angular preferred)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
