Software Engineer

• Develops software solutions

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

• Improves operations 

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.

• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Over 6 years of experience with two or more development languages such as Java, C#, or Ruby (Java and .net preferred)

• Object-Oriented programming 

• Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban

• You're willing and able to commit to travel to client sites in order to solve their business problems

• You're resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives

**cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

Education and Experience Requirements:

B.A. or B.S. in computer science, information technology, or related discipline 

Master of Science preferred

Over 10 years of Software Development experience

Clearance requirement: Active TS/SCI
