On-Site DefenseReady SME Software Engineer

Job Summary:

On-Site Subject Matter Expert Software Engineer will provide onsite SME support with knowledge and background of Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and will work with the organization to perform a Baseline Assessment and a Functional & Technical Roadmap. On-site SME Software Engineer will provide a gap analysis and will recommend solutions that account for the operational tempo and security constraints of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Platform, manage customization, and maintain documentation.
• Create advance finds, dashboards, SSRS, and workflows.
• Customizing CRM by creating HTML/JavaScript web resources.
• Validation of all user input prior to adding to back-end.
• Generates architectural diagrams and additional documentation, as necessary.
• Provide support for SQL server databases.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• DoD 8570.01-M to meet IAT Level II compliance are required, if not, ability to retain in 3 weeks.
• TIL v3 Foundations Certified, if not will have to be certified within 90 days.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power BI.
• Knowledge of .NET Frameworks (C#).
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate Clearly and concisely both oral and written.

Security Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen with TS/SCI.

Desired Knowledge:

• Exposure to API and SaaS based technologies.
• Previous experience in an agile development environment.
• Experience in data integration and/or data warehousing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of DevOps Services.
• Knowledge of DefenseReady.
