Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Software Development Manager with knowledge of software configuration, application integration processes, and experience in leading teams through Software Development Life Cycles.
Requirements:
Knowledge of software configuration management processes
Understanding of software, application or system integration process and testing
An active Secret clearance; ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC), badge access to the customer's facility, and an SSP network account in good standing
CompTIA Security+ ce Certification
Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or a similar leadership role
Demonstrated experience configuring Software Applications and Systems
Experience applying DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience in Software Development including at least three years' management/lead role; or 12 years position specific work experience with at least three years' management experience
Responsibilities:
Effectively lead teams of software developers through Software Development Life Cycles
Actively participate in/manage all phases of initiatives including requirements, design, construction, unit testing, QA testing, deployment, and on-going maintenance.
Manage quality of Software Development to minimize risks ensuring deployed code is fully functional, efficient scalable, and robust.
Understand software design/development, object-oriented analysis/design application architecture with technologies/languages including but not limited to Java,.NET Angular/React JavaScript.
-Creates/reviews technical assessments rough order magnitudes high-level requirements for assigned projects.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
