TITLE:Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
TYPE: Full-Time, HYBRID
LOCATION: Washington D.C. (Candidates must be local to Washington D.C., to accommodate working onsite at office at least one (1) week per month.)

REQUIRED

• Must be a US Citizen, Dual Citizen, or Green Card Holder (Permanent Resident)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required plus a minimum of five (5) years of related work experience. Eight (8) years of may be substituted for education, for a total of thirteen (13) years of work experience.
• Must be able to pass a Public Trust background check.
• Must live in or near Washington D.C..
• Must be able to work onsite in office in Washington D.C., at least one (1) week per month.
• Must be able to work East Coast business hours.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have experience in the coordination and execution of test events in accordance with approved test plans, procedures, and scripts.
• Must have knowledge and skills to ensure that test environments are set up accurately.
• Must be able to create test reports.
• Must be able to test IT hardware, software, systems, and networks.

SKILLS

• Experience working in the Software Development life cycle including hands on experience with Quality Assurance/Testing (application, product, system, integrated, regression testing)
• Experience with automated testing tools (Worksoft Certify, HP UFT/BPT, Tricentis Tosca, or Selenium framework)
• Experience with a programming language (VB, VBScript, Java, C#, Ruby, Python) and core Java knowledge with OOP concepts
• Experience with having worked with the maintenance of an automation framework
• Selenium, JUnit or TestNG, Cucumber BDD
• Database testing with strong SQL knowledge, web Services Testing, API (Rest Assured), mobile app testing 508 testing
• AWS/Azure
• Jenkins
• Orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Katalon or other codeless automation tools

COMPENSATION

(Starting from $90,000.00) A salary commensurate with background and experience will be offered.
