Job Title:Software Developer IV, Enterprise Applications and Integrations
Position Summary: Mesa Lab’s Enterprise Solutions software development team has a significant impact on our continued and substantial growth by building custom Applications and Integrations that provide an incredible competitive advantage. As the lead member of Mesa Lab’s Enterprise Solutions software development team, you’ll guide the design, build, test, and deployment of new applications that streamline processes for Mesa lab’s employees across all departments, giving users fast and easy access to the data and functionality they need.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor team toward maintainable, sustainable code using SOLID principles
- Design and build web Applications and API’s integrated with Enterprise ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms
- Advocate and exemplify Scrum and Agile principles within team and throughout the Mesa organization
- Collaborate and debate with customers and stakeholders to understand what they need (even when they don’t fully know)
- Continuously improve team and development process to accelerate release of working software
Qualifications/Education:
- Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shipping Carriers, etc.)
- Experience and knowledge of REST, SOAP, and HTTP
- Real-World experience designing, coding, testing, and deploying APIs and Web Applications
- Strong Technical Knowledge and Leadership
- Ability to apply knowledge to lead design and build of effective solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or similar, or relevant experience
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Experience practicing Scrum methodologies
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of enterprise business processes and concepts (Lead to Cash, Manufacturing, Inventory and Traceability)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with specific languages and frameworks: C#, Python, ECMA Script, Node JS
- Experience with NetSuite ERP (Administration, Customization, NetSuite SuiteScript)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (Administration, APEX (Java), Lightning Components)

Compensation/Benefits:
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position. The package includes base salary, bonus, equity, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.
Base Salary Range for this position is $130,000-$155,000.
