Software Developer (C, Linux, Networking) – 100% Remote – Contractor

You will assist our clients with the integration, deployment, and maintenance of their networking software technologies to help insure positive customer outcomes.

• Build, integrate, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code and associated automation
  
• Measure and analyze performance and quality metrics
  
• Troubleshoot software performance issues and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
  
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Software Developer
  
• US Citizen
  
• C/C++ on Linux.
  
• Knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD implementation
  
• Deep understanding of Linux (build processes, shell, package creation, automation)
  
• Thorough knowledge of cloud-native development
  
• Work with Linux kernel on networking protocols (TCP/IP)
  
• Build and deploy in virtual environments, including docker containers
  
• Comfortable collaborating with team-mates working across the United States
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and zero-trust environments.
  

Work Location

• 100% Remote; limited travel
  

Required Education

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  

Required Work Authorization

• US Citizen- must be willing to get a security clearance.
