Software Developer

Concept Plus is seeking a Software Developer to support the implementation and maintenance of US Air Force applications using the Agile methodology across all environments (test, dev, production) adhering to required standards:

Responsibilities:

• Function as a part of AGILE Team supporting WSMIS application development and maintenance.
• Incorporate inputs from business experts to understand backlog items, incrementally develop/build (code or configure), test, and demonstrate changes to Product Owners based on PI Planning and Iteration Planning priorities and commitments, and associated design criteria, ensuring integration into and interoperability within the WSMIS structure of all subsystem components, modules, releases, configurations, and operational capabilities.
• Participate actively in iteration planning, retrospective, backlog grooming, and user centered design and user interface processes. Support accelerated release on demand paths that may occur due to regulatory guidelines and/or other program needs.
• Manage DevSecOps coordination working with Cloud Administrator and Operators and support testing needs of customer as per their availability.
• Have development experience with Power builder 2021 (or above), Unix, Java, Tomcat, Web sphere 7, Visual Studio, C++, ASP.Net, C#, WebLogic, IIS, HTML, Perl, MS SQL Server 2019, Oracle 19c, SQL.

MinimumQualifications:

• 1+ years working in AGILE environment as a Software Developer.
• 1+ years' experience with CI/CD, cloud technologies
• 1+ years of experience with
  • PowerBuilder 2021 (or later versions)
  • UNIX, JAVA, Tomcat, WebSphere 7, IIS, HTML
  • Visual Studio, C++, ASP.NET, C#, WebLogic
  • Perl
  • MS SQL Server, Oracle 19c
  • ATLASSIAN Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• 1+ years of AGILE Development experience
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority

Preferred Qualifications:

• USAF Data Systems: Weapon System Management Information System (WSMIS), EXPRESS, EPM, REALM, SAM.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
