Job Description
Job Summary
This role role is for an onsite software lead delivery engineer/manager, responsible for handling multiple projects, with multiple global teams reporting to the person. The position is expected to be partially hands-on with either NodeJS or .NET Core as a full-stack resource. Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) is a must-have as-are DevOps principles. The role is expected to work with other in-house teams like Product Owners (PO), PMO, BA, DevOps, QA etc. This position offers a hybrid schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive application software development services and/or technical support on moderately complex projects and initiatives
- Analyzes, modifies and may develop program logic for existing applications, programs and enhancements
- Competent to work at the highest technical level of some phases of applications programming activities
- Regarded as technical expert within discipline
- Responsible for clear communication to ensure all stakeholders and teams are on the same page with project delivery, schedule and delivery content.
- Lead multiple global software teams, and responsible for delivering products/projects on-time, on-budget
- Hands-on experience with full-stack paradigm in either .NET Core or NodeJS is required
- Hands-on experience with hands-on with database (SQL and NoSQL) technologies is required
- Hands-on experience with either AWS or Azure is required
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles (IaC desired, CI/CD mandatory, SAST/Code Coverage mandatory, DAST desired).
- Anticipates business and regulatory challenges to proactively assess impact to work performed
- Recommends improvements to product, process or service
- Leads complex or specialized projects
- Works within general functional policies and industry guidelines
- Impacts direction of program, project or services
- Solves unique problems with broad impact
- Develops creative solutions through conceptual and innovative thinking

Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
- Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
