Plans, implements and organizes social work resources and evaluates and provides treatment regarding mental health issues for patients, linkage to resources in the community
- Master Degree Social Work (Required)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilities with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED.
- Current Driver’s license
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
We are looking for a licensed Social Worker with at least 1 year of acute care experience for this PRN as needed role.
Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life® Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room, a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients.
