Duties: - Conduct assessments and interviews to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate care plans - Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing difficult situations - Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, counselors, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Assist clients in accessing community resources and services, such as childcare, housing assistance, and workforce development programs - Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive the necessary support and services - Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed - Provide counseling and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges - Supervise and mentor social work interns or junior staff members Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field - Valid social work license or certification (if required in your state) - Proven experience in crisis management, child welfare, or related areas - Knowledge of social services programs such as Section 8, Medicare, and childcare assistance - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations - Ability to assess needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations - Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
