Salary```Duties:``` - Provide social work services to individuals, families, and communities - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs - Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services and resources - Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary support systems - Assist clients in accessing healthcare, housing, employment, and other essential services - Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records ```Skills:``` - Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices - Experience in childcare, workforce development, Medicare, child welfare, addiction counseling, behavioral health, crisis management, supervising, and Section 8 programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse populations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Empathy and compassion for individuals facing challenging circumstances - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
