Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Your expertise in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and social work will be essential in helping clients navigate challenges and improve their overall well-being.

This is a hybrid in person/remote position

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy and support to individuals residing in nursing/rehab center facing various challenges
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care
- Implement evidence-based interventions, such as motivational interviewing and mentoring, to promote positive behavior change
- Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies or high-stress situations
- Stay up-to-date with current policies, regulations, and best practices in social work

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work - Valid licensure as a Social Worker
- Experience in behavioral health
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
