SalaryFind your purpose as a Full-time Social Worker at St. Cloud Hospital. This is an every weekend BAYLOR position, working 48 hours every two weeks. This role will work four of the four weekends with scheduling being daytime shift. The days will be either Friday, Saturday and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday and Monday. $3000 Sign-on bonus and $5000 relocation bonus available to eligible candidates!
Job Summary
At CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital, Socials Workers serve patients and families in our community and beyond by helping them during a challenging time in their lives. Our Social Workers enjoy the variety of cases they are presented with as there is always something new and different. You'll collaborate with a large team of other Social Workers to gain knowledge and experience and work with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, physicians, and dieticians. You will have a designated patient caseload and will plan care to effectively meet the patient/family transitional needs including monitoring the length of stay and promoting community resources.
We will provide supervision for new grads in-house or will reimburse up to $175/month for external supervision.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 80 hours every two weeks.
- Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Very occasional weekend and holiday.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Minnesota required.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Sociology.
- At least two years of experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- American Case Management Association (ACMA) Case Manager-SW Certification required within five years.
Sign-on bonus requirements: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
