SRO Housing Seeking TEMPORARY Social Services Employees

Responsibilities:
-Manage a Case Load
- Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to coordinate services and resources
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of Social Services
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Life Experience in Social Services or a related field
- Strong knowledge of social service programs, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

-Working Knowledge of HMIS/Clarity and/or CHAMPS

-Background working with the homeless community and mentally ill clients

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
