SalaryNew Lexington Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a long-term care and skilled nursing community located in New Lexington, Ohio, is seeking a Social Work Designee to join our community team and Certus Healthcare family on Nightshift!
Pay rate starts at $17.00 an hour!
This position would accommodate a flexible schedule!
Current schedule consists of a Monday-Friday, 8-hour schedule with additional hours as needed.
We expect to fill these positions in the next 30 days; our process includes an onsite interview, orientation, and a period of new hire training.

We are looking for an individual with experience in:
- Assisting clients with planning and finding community services necessary for success
- Interactions with clients and community agencies
- Handling and completing paperwork
- Working with clients who have different levels of physical, cognitive, or psychological limitations
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to enter the Social Services field and has minimal prior experience. We are looking for this person to assist with planning and finding community services necessary for the success of residents within our community and overall create a positive environment.
