What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven candidate with exceptional people skills and a creative mind who wants to be part of a growing Atlanta company. This candidate will help build strategic Social Media content, marketing sequences, and workflows for our clients. Many of our clients are based in the personal injury field.

Your efforts will be of significant importance to attracting Social Media traffic, website traffic, converting that additional traffic into new leads for our clients, and nurturing those leads to close into long-standing customers. The position is based in our office located at 2970 Brandywine Rd. Atlanta, GA 30341.

At Network Progression, we’ve partnered with a full-service marketing and advertising agency that helps medium to enterprise-size companies grow and maintain growth. They’ve developed custom full-service marketing strategies that frequently change as our market adapts. We are hiring multiple candidates in Atlanta for this role.

Candidates must have a knack for fast-paced learning and pure love of working with clients.

• Creating organic and paid Social Media content for Clients
• Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation
• Building out ad campaigns for clients through YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other Remarketing Tools
• Ability to develop and implement a detailed Social Media strategy
• Ability to monitor online activity across geographical areas to ensure all content is effective and within the established guidelines and best-practice rules
• Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and knowledgeable about each Client’s Social Media strategy

• A passion and a strong determination to understand a client's needs and take actionable steps to meet those needs
• An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale our website marketing strategies and tactics
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
• Experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar position
• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use Social Media for impressions and brand awareness
• Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
• Understanding of Social Media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO concepts
• Experience with buyer persona and audience research
• Familiarity with publishing and web design
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with Zapier Preferred

Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience
