Sales and Marketing Professional
You are a key member of the Mr. Handyman team that will introduce our team to the customer on the
telephone. You will convince them that we are the best of the best and serve as their main point of contact. You will be their first friend at Mr. Handyman. You will spend your days working in a family atmosphere with flexible work arrangements.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Perform marketing functions to promote our company.
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner.
- Return customer calls, respond to customer concerns, and resolve issues
- Sell and Schedule services and dispatch technicians
- Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and invoice collection.
Job Requirements:
- Marketing and Social Media content creation and management.
- Previous customer service experience and a passion for sales
- Sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications and Social Media postings.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
- Team player who can work independently.
