Position Overview:
Med City Detail is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The Social Media Manager will work across several social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, creating a mix of short-form videos, long-form videos, and photography content to engage our audience and showcase our automotive detailing and protection services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with decision makers to create a comprehensive Social Media strategy that aligns with our brand identity, increases visibility, and drives engagement across platforms.
- Content Creation and Management: Produce and schedule engaging content including short-form and long-form videos, and photography that highlights our services, projects, and team culture. Ensure content is consistent in tone and style across all platforms.
- Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales. Engage with the community, including responding to comments and messages, to build relationships with our audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of each platform. Use this data to refine future strategies.
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote special offers and highlight specific services. Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Cross-Promotion and Integration: Coordinate with marketing efforts outside of Social Media to ensure consistent brand messaging and to leverage cross-promotion opportunities.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed of the latest Social Media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in multiple Social Media platforms, including content requirements and nuances.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to express our company’s views creatively.
- Familiarity with the automotive and detailing industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
