Social Media Manager

About Us: Yale Cleaners is a 4-generation family business that provides same day dry cleaning and laundry service in the Tulsa area. Our company is a leader in both our industry and community with a very innovative and collaborative culture.

Job Summary: We are seeking afull-time Social Media Manager who will focus mainly on short form video. This position will work with our President to create fun, meaningful content for all Social Media platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter who is able to strengthen the company’s Social Media presence while managing their time and prioritizing projects by order of importance. They will be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Generating, devising, and posting regular content on Social Media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Linked In

· Recording and editing video that will be used for content on various Social Media sites

· Becoming one of the faces of Yale Cleaners

· Writing engaging and entertaining copy for captions and on-screen text

· Providing clear, captivating and scroll stopping videography and photos for various posts.

· Interacting with customers and followers by responding to comments on the various platforms

· Keeping up with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies across the Social Media sites

· Managing analytics to establish a baseline of success for each post, then using that information for future posts

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Understanding and knowledge of various Social Media outlets including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Applicable knowledge for current trends

· Exemplary time management skills
