JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
USA Football is searching for an individual who is passionate about developing a career in sports Social Media. The role will be primarily responsible for assisting our Brand Marketing department focusing on Social Media management, content creation & ideation, and brand awareness The position will collaborate with the consulting sales, events, high performance, education and marketing departments.

Job Responsibilities:
o Assist with management of Social Media
o Monitor engagement of Social Media posts
o Content ideation
o Identify potential Social Media influencers
o Assist with compiling Social Media reports and metrics
o Proof-reading, editing and quality assurance on marketing materials
o Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements/Recommended Competencies:
o Experience with operating different Social Media accounts
o Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other software tools
o Knowledgeable of current Social Media trends
o Works well in a remote setting - dependable to be a self-starter and accountable to teammates
o Organized, detail oriented and reliable
o Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects with varying levels of importance

Education:
Must be currently enrolled or accepted to an accredited college or university, recently graduated from an accredited college or university, or currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited graduate school. Sports Management or related field of study preferred.

This job primarily operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending and manual dexterity.
