Social Media Associate

Summary:
This role will report directly to the Senior Social Media & Community Manager. The Social Media Associate will be involved in coordinating Social Media content across a variety of platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Reddit & LinkedIn. Through daily engagement and analysis, the Social Media Associate will help foster community spirit, offer optimizations to strategy and creative teams, and confidently collaborate with internal business partners in assessing and influencing the Mobile’s digital voice.
Responsibilities:
Assist in management of B2C & B2B campaigns with the Mobile eXperience (MX) Social Media team. Work closely with cross-functional Mobile Marketing team in coordinating organic social campaigns across Social Media platforms.
• Overall support MX Social Media team in representing Mobile across Social Media
• Coordinate development, approvals and overall platform management for employees & executives to post content on their own Social Media platforms
• Organize and manage multiple sources of content, partners and creative assets into a cohesive Social Media execution
• Coordinate posts across different divisions when scheduling conflicts arise
• Monitor social trends and generate ideas for opportunities for Mobile engagement
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Self-starter with focused work ethic and superior organization skills
• 2+ years of business experience with in-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms
• A can-do attitude to jump in and find solutions, sometimes with minimal guidance
• MS Office: Internet Explorer, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
