Join our dedicated team as a Snow Removal Laborer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of commercial and residential properties during the winter season. Our company is renowned for delivering exceptional snow and ice management services. This role involves winter storm clean-up, snow/ice removal using a variety of hand tools and equipment, spreading deicing chemicals, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform snow and ice maintenance for commercial and residential properties, including winter storm clean-up.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment such as ice picks, shovels, and blowers for efficient snow and ice removal.
- Apply salt/deicing chemicals on walkways, driveways, and parking lots to prevent ice formation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and tools when not in use.
- Drive skid steer and/or plow truck as needed.
- Ability to perform physical labor in cold weather conditions.
- Prior experience with using hand tools and Snow Removal equipment.
- Knowledge of safe deicing chemical application.
- Basic maintenance skills for equipment and tools.
$30-35/hr based on experience
